For the next 24 hours,
I will be huddled in the New York City subway system,
down in the rails with the refuse and grime and darkness that happen at all hours. Waiting for rich people to drop their metro cards into the tracks
and then worry about how much money they lost,
paid to an institution that already charges more than they need.
The largest and longest lasting mafia in New York City
and here they live
huddled in the subway.
